What we do
Our practices
Three related lines of business: media and content production, event and project management, and technology and business systems.
Media & Content Production
We plan, produce, and deliver digital media and video content. Work in this practice ranges from single pieces of content to ongoing production for a channel or campaign.
- Digital media. Content produced for online distribution, including recurring programming and one-off pieces.
- Video production. Studio and location shooting, editing, and post-production, handled directly or with production partners.
- Content development. Concept, format, and editorial development ahead of production.
- Sponsored and branded production. Content produced on behalf of, or in partnership with, sponsors and brand clients, with the disclosure and approval steps that work requires.
- Campaigns. Coordinated sets of content and placements planned and executed against a schedule.
- Production coordination. Scheduling, crew and vendor booking, asset management, and delivery.
Event & Project Management
We coordinate and execute live events, field productions, and projects that have to come together in a physical place, on a date that will not move.
- Live events. Planning and on-site coordination for events of varying scale.
- Field productions. Production carried out on location, including travel, equipment, and crew logistics.
- Production logistics. Scheduling, transport, equipment, permits, and the sequencing that keeps a production on time.
- Event coordination. Run-of-show planning, venue and supplier liaison, and day-of execution.
- Specialized project execution. Projects with unusual operational requirements that do not fit a standard production template.
- Vendor coordination. Sourcing, contracting, briefing, and managing the vendors and contractors a project depends on.
Technology & Business Systems
We develop software for our own operations. These systems are internal: they exist to make the company's production, project, and financial work more visible and easier to run correctly.
- Internal software. Applications built for the company's own teams and operations.
- Workflow systems. Tools that carry recurring operational processes from start to finish in a consistent way.
- Reporting. Operational and financial reporting for internal review.
- Financial-management technology. Systems supporting bookkeeping, reconciliation, and cash-flow visibility across the company's businesses.
- Business-data integration. Bringing operational and financial information from authorized sources into one internal view.
- Operational decision support. Putting current, accurate information in front of the people making day-to-day decisions.
More detail on this practice, including the company's internal financial platform, is on the technology page.
