Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
This policy describes how Emergent Marketing ("Emergent Marketing," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website, with business correspondence, and with Franchi Financial, the company's restricted internal financial-management platform.
Franchi Financial is not a public product. It is used by authorized personnel of Emergent Marketing in the course of running the company's own businesses. There is no public sign-up, and no account can be created from this website.
1. Information submitted directly to Emergent Marketing
When you contact the company — as a vendor, partner, financial institution, verification team, or other correspondent — we receive whatever you choose to send us. That typically includes your name, the organization you represent, your contact details, and the contents of your message and any attachments.
We use that information to respond, to carry out and administer the business relationship it concerns, and to keep an ordinary business record of the correspondence.
2. Business communications
We retain business correspondence and related records in the ordinary course of operating the company, including for contract administration, project delivery, accounting, and legal and tax recordkeeping.
3. Basic web and server operational information
This website is a static informational site. It does not require an account, does not require cookies to function, and does not run analytics or third-party tracking.
Like any web server, the server that hosts this site records basic technical information about requests it receives — for example the requesting IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status returned, and the browser's user-agent string. These records are used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing operational problems, and are retained for a limited period in the ordinary course of server administration.
4. Financial information processed through Franchi Financial
Franchi Financial processes financial information belonging to Emergent Marketing and its affiliated businesses so that authorized internal users can keep the company's books and understand its financial position. Depending on what an authorized user connects or enters, this may include:
- authorized account information, such as account names, types, identifiers in masked form, and the institution holding the account;
- balances;
- transaction information, including amounts, dates, descriptions, counterparties, and categorization;
- accounting information, such as ledger entries, invoices, bills, and reconciliation records.
This information is used for bookkeeping, reconciliation, cash-flow analysis, financial reporting, internal administration, recordkeeping, and internal financial decision-making.
5. Third-party financial providers
Plaid
Authorized bank and credit-card connections may be established through Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"), which retrieves account information, balances, and transaction data on our behalf from the financial institution the authorized user selects.
When an authorized user connects a bank or credit-card account through Plaid, authentication with the financial institution is handled through Plaid. Emergent Marketing does not receive or store the user's online-banking password.
Plaid's own handling of information is governed by Plaid's privacy policy, which is presented to the user during the connection process.
Authorized accounting providers
Franchi Financial may connect with authorized accounting systems used by the company to support internal accounting and financial workflows. Information exchanged with those providers is limited to what those workflows require, and the provider's own terms and privacy policy govern its handling of that information.
6. How we use financial information
Financial information in Franchi Financial is used for the company's own operations, specifically:
- bookkeeping;
- reconciliation;
- cash-flow analysis;
- financial reporting;
- internal administration;
- recordkeeping;
- security and fraud prevention;
- meeting legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
7. We do not sell information
Emergent Marketing does not sell financial or personal information. We do not share it for advertising purposes, and we do not use financial information obtained through Franchi Financial for marketing.
8. Disclosure
We disclose information only where it is necessary and appropriate, namely:
- to service providers that support the company's operations, acting on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide their service;
- to the company's accountants, auditors, and legal advisers;
- where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a lawful government request;
- where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the company or others;
- in connection with a corporate transaction affecting the relevant business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
9. Restricted access
Access to Franchi Financial is limited to authorized personnel of Emergent Marketing who need it for their role. The platform is not publicly accessible and is not linked from this website. Access is granted individually, is reviewed, and is removed when it is no longer required.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. We do not claim any security certification we do not hold, and we do not guarantee that any system is immune from compromise.
10. Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and thereafter for as long as required to meet the company's legal, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or destroyed in the ordinary course.
11. Children
This website and Franchi Financial are intended for business use. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and applies from the date it is posted.
13. Contacting us about privacy
Questions about this policy may be directed to Emergent Marketing through an authorized company representative; see the contact page.
